Good Ave Design Studio thoughtfully curated each room to balance comfort, function, and timeless style. A spacious chef's kitchen anchors the home, while generous gathering spaces encourage conversation, relaxation, and togetherness. One of the home's most beloved features, affectionately dubbed "The Teen Center," was designed as a dedicated space for younger generations to connect, unwind, and create memories of their own.
