When we partnered with influencer Whiskey and Lace and her husband, Mark Altes, the vision was clear: to take a brand-new build and give it the warmth, character, and layered feel of a home that was designed for a client, not for resale.

Instead of leaning into the pristine blank slate of new construction, we approached the project as though we were designing for a family settling in for the long haul. Every choice — from the mix of textures and finishes to the curated blend of furnishings and accessories — was made with the intention of creating a home that feels collected, inviting, and timeless.

The result is a space that tells a story: warm, layered, and deeply personal. It’s a home that feels like it has always been there, waiting to welcome its people in.
